Easy Scheduling Tips

Valley Transit II
Easy Scheduling Trips

Schedule your Valley Transit II trip through Running, Inc. by calling 920-832-5789 at least one day before your planned trip. Trips can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance, but no later than 4:30 p.m. the day before.

Running, Inc. Office Hours
8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, although staff is available 24 hours a day to answer questions.

Follow these easy steps to get the best results.

1. State and spell your name so that the scheduler can bring your record up on the computer.

2. Tell the scheduler what kind of trip you are booking (medical, shopping, social, etc.).

3. Give the date of your trip.

4. Give the full address of your pick-up and your destination.

5. Give the time of your appointment.

6. Provide any additional information about the location of your pick-up or drop-off, such as the department name or doctor’s name. Also, share anything we should know about your wheelchair or your specific disability, and let us know if anyone is riding with you.

7. After booking your initial trip, please inform the scheduler of whether this will be one-way service or if you will need a return trip.
