Arrest Warrant Leads to Multiple Drug Arrests (posted March 5, 2013)
On March 04, 2013 at 4:20 PM, officers from the Appleton Police Department went to a house in the 2600 block of S. Jackson Street. They were attempting to locate a subject who had an active warrant for failing to appear in court.
Officers were allowed access to the residence. They made contact with multiple individuals in the basement area of the residence. During this contact, officers saw evidence of drug distribution along with drugs and drug paraphernalia. Officers secured the scene and obtained a search warrant.
Based on the subsequent investigation, officers took four (4) individuals into custody. They were confined at the Calumet County Jail.
Confined were:
Kong A. Vang (M/A, 10/11/1994) for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine Paraphernalia, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the original warrant for failure to appear.
Daniel W. Luce (M/U, 09/30/86) for felony bail jumping.
Tyler N. Thorson (M/U, 05/14/92) for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine Paraphernalia.
Matthew D. Lenzer (M/U, 06/25/92) for Possession of Methamphetamine.
