For those residents who prefer to have their used Christmas tree picked up curbside, Public Works will be collecting trees the week of January 11 - 15, 2021.

On the regular garbage day we will pick up used Christmas trees using a different truck.  Since we recycle these trees, be sure to remove all lights, ornaments and plastic bags.  If it happens to snow during this time, our crews might need to pull off Christmas tree collection and plow the roads instead.  If this happens, we will pick up right where we left off, giving everyone one chance to have their tree picked up. 

If you can't get your tree down and out the door by the collection time, you can always bring it into our yard waste site free of charge.  If you bring it to the site before January 25, 2021 you can participate in our Tree for a Tree program too!
