Planning
Welcome to the City of Appleton's Planning Division. We are committed to guiding our customers through the City's development review process. From concept to final product, our staff will work with you to achieve your desired project outcome. In addition, the City's Planning Division is responsible for administering and maintaining the City's Comprehensive Plan, researching land use regulations, and staffing the City's Plan Commission which reviews rezonings, annexations, Special Use Permits, and Plats. We look forward to helping you.
