Make your first stop the Fox Cities Convention and Visitor’s Bureau to find out about all the things to see and do while in Appleton and the Fox Cities.

After that, make your way downtown where you’ll find unique shopping in our distinctive downtown district. Dozens of locally owned shops selling candy, cupcakes, clothes and more.

Maybe you want to take in a Broadway show?  The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center is renowned as one of the best performing arts centers in the Midwest.

Hungry? We have locally owned restaurants that serve something for everyone…including Wisconsin favorites like brats and cheese curds.

If you just want some fresh air, walk some of our trails along the beautiful Fox River, or visit one of our city parks.

Did you know Appleton was recently rated one of the 10 kid-friendliest cities in the country and a must-see summer destination? These are just a few of the things that make Appleton great!

We’ve got a wonderful children’s museum for kids and a history museum with an amazing exhibit about the great magician Harry Houdini who spent his childhood here!

Whether you’re here for a day, a week or more, there are plenty of things in Appleton to see and do in our great city.
