On March 16, 2022 the Appleton Common Council adopted Ordinance No. 19-22 repealing and recreating Article VI. of Chapter 20 of the Appleton Municipal Code as it relates to Stormwater Management Standards and Planning. These changes become effective August 1, 2022. Read the revised ordinance here.
