ANNUAL GROWTH REPORT
Each year the Community Development Department prepares an Annual Growth Report which analyzes growth figures over a period of ten years to determine if Appleton is capturing its historically proportionate share of growth. The Report looks at Appleton’s building permit activity and equalized valuation and compares them with the Fox Cities region. Other areas addressed by the report include: success in target growth areas, prospects for growth, barriers that need to be overcome to continue growth, and a synopsis of the marketing efforts taken to promote growth.
