Street Occupancy Permits
TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT STREET OCCUPANCY PERMITS
The City of Appleton requires permits for all activities within the public right-of-way(ROW). This includes any work that involves occupying or obstructing the right-of-way. The permit ensures that all work is conducted in accordance with the City of Appleton’s standard specifications, helping to protect public infrastructure, minimize disruptions to the community, and ensure that any disturbed areas are restored to their original or an improved condition.
Important: Work must not commence until all necessary permits have been approved and issued by the City of Appleton Public Works Department.
