There have been 13 Personnel Complaint investigations in the last four years on our employees.    There have been no investigations for allegations of violating our Use of Force Policy or our Bias-Based Policing Policy.

Policy Failure          

 

Unfounded      Investigation indicates the allegations are false.
Not Sustained             Insufficient evidence to either prove or disprove the allegations.
Sustained The allegations are supported by sufficient evidence to conclude they are true.
Exonerated Investigation indicates the incident occurred, but was justified, lawful, and proper  under the circumstances. 
Policy Failure The investigation reveals the allegations are true; however, the employee was acting in accordance with established department policy.
