Alcohol Permit
- Alcohol Permits can be obtained in the lobby of the Appleton Police Department between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
- There is no fee for the alcohol permit.
- A valid form of identification is required to obtain an alcohol permit.
- Applicant is not required to be a resident of the City of Appleton.
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age or older to obtain a permit.
- Applicant must accept and sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
- All applications will be reviewed by the Appleton Police Department.
- Denied permit applications may be appealed to the appropriate committee of jurisdiction.

Note: The Appleton Police Department Lobby is open for purchasing alcohol permits from 7 AM until 7 PM on Monday through Saturday. The lobby will be closed Sunday and on all City Observed Holidays.

Alcohol in City Parks Application
A copy of your photo ID must also be submitted with the application. You can scan/photo copy/take photo of your ID. Applications will not be processed without it.
